You are new to AI, or an occasional user without a system. Level 1 makes you a competent power user: you know the jargon, you carry your own prompt library, you route each task to the right model, and you ship real work with AI. Thirty days, at thirty to sixty minutes a day.
What you can do when you finish
- You have a master system prompt and an About-Me block installed everywhere you work
- You have a personal prompt library of twenty or more prompts you actually use
- You know which model to route which task to, and why
- You can pass the fifteen-question jargon fluency test
- You have shipped at least five real work outputs using AI
- For companies: usage policy signed, accounts procured, the first two department copilots piloting
What is inside
Nine sections on the Individual track and ten on the Company track, opened by a thirty-day starter sequence that tells you exactly what to do each day. The shared folder carries the glossary, checklists, and templates, including ready-to-paste starter packs for Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude Code, Cursor, Grok, and Gemini. Every technical section has a plain-language twin in the ELI10 folder: the same idea explained to a curious ten-year-old. If a section feels dense, read its twin first, then come back.
Where this meets the doctrine: the system prompt this level teaches you to write is the same job your Order 1 identity documents do for a business, and the file and context modules assume you have something like the Order 2 vault to point at. If your files are not yet in a shape AI can read, build the first three orders of the guide first. Level 1 works either way, but it lands harder on a real foundation.
